Objective: Upon completion of the course, participants will understand, understand, and apply statistical data processing using quantitative techniques, combinatorial calculus, probabilistic analysis, forecasting, time series analysis, linear regression, and index numbers to transform data into useful information that supports decision-making and problem-solving in the area of public management.
Urban Development and Municipal Public Works
RVOE: PCA-25/2023
Objective: Upon completion of the course, participants will have the technical knowledge to plan, execute bidding processes, design and implement drinking water and wastewater collection systems, and supervise municipal public works. Participants will also be able to implement planning, budgeting, bidding, execution, and control processes for public works.
Preparation of Municipal Development Plan
RVOE: PCA-23/2023
Objective: At the end of the course, the participant will have the basic elements to integrate Municipal Development Plans, adhering to current regulations.
